The Train N’ Translate basketball performance group will help young players develop foundational strength, speed, and explosiveness to increase their on-court performance. This program will challenge young athletes stability, strength, mobility, and flexibility with the goal of becoming stronger and faster movers on the basketball court.

The T.N.T Basketball Training group is geared toward hoopers and parents of hoopers between the ages of 12 - 18. We’ve trained young athletes all over the country and want to continue to help athletes reduce the risk of injuries, build strength, and become as explosive as possible through performance training.
This is a year-long program that will help guide your athlete through proper warmups, strength and conditioning, mobility routines, nutrition, and sleep resources to enhance their game.
