Training Plans

  • Training to increase and maintain mobility means you are increasing your strength at your full range of motion and decreasing your chance of injury. This plan will help you understand the movement patterns and flows throughout the Train Hard Swing Easy program. You will see many of these exercises used as a dynamic warm-up and strength complexes in following plans in the program.

  • This 4-week resistance training program for golfers is the second installment in the performance group. This plan will guide you through basic principles of strength training that apply to your golf game while keeping you mobile and stable for your next round. Each workout focuses on building golf specific strength and has a specific theme each day.

  • Does speed training work in golf? ABSOLUTELY! Effectively programming mobility, strength, speed and power exercises into your gym training program will help you increase swing speed and gain distance throughout your bag.

  • During this 6 week phase of training, you will improve golf specific speed and power. Golfers have unique needs and demands to maintain a powerful, consistent golf swing. The goal is to increase force, power, and velocity capabilities across a loading spectrum by using strength and power training simultaneously and then in combination with speed training.
