We’re excited to expand our partnership with Open Gym Premier and provide performance training for the basketball and volleyball clubs at Ladera Ranch Sports Complex. We offer our elite performance training weekly to individuals, small groups, and teams in the south OC area.

Basketball Performance Training

BASKETBALL PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Improve strength, speed, and agility that directly translates to your in-game performance. Training sessions are age-appropriate and split into times based on skill level.

Middle School Training 5-6pm

High School Training 6-7pm

VOLLEYBALL PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Training that improves explosive power & vertical jump ability while focusing on injury reduction techniques. Training session are age-appropriate and based on performance training skill level.
